This consultation with regard to changes to the Admissions Policy for Godmanchester Bridge Academy will run from 17th December 2018 and to conclude at midnight on Sunday 27th January 2019.

We would welcome your views on the proposed admission arrangements, which introduce the following changes for admission into Foundation Year from September 2020 for the academic year 2020 – 2021 and thereafter.

  1. the second highest priority will be:

Children who appear to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.

This criterion is being introduced at the request of the Minister of State for School Standards who issued a directive in August 2018 for all schools to make this change.

  2. Increasing the PAN from 20 to 25 to meet local need.
